Our Amasia based white wine is made from the high acid, low alcohol variety – with a small percentage of Muscat d’Alexandria to compliment the citrus and floral notes with a wild honey characteristic. It’s sun flower and dandelion floral palate is enticed by the smell of fresh raw (un-buttered) popcorn on the nose. It is the perfect white wine with raw bar and ceviche, a spritz or sangria.
