Our red is a special blend of Xinomavro and Limnio. The wine shows the elegance of the Old World. The earthy rusticity of Xinomavro (similar to Burgundian Pinot Noir or Piedmontese Nebbiolo), mixed with Limnio’s Sangiovese character create a wine that is savory and earth driven with a beautiful balance of tannin and acid; approachable immediately and equally quaffable with a slight chill. Paired perfectly with charcuterie, a burger from the grill, or a delectably prepared steak frites.

10 months in 300L French oak: 30% new, 70% 2nd & 3rd pass
48-hour cold maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days at 22-25°C. Filtered and fined without animal products. Our wines are vegan
